“ Best taco place I've ever been to! Bonus, this place is very close to Huntington Beach Pier. You might have to wait but it's totally worth it. ”
“ First time coming here. I liked all the food I ordered except for the chicken tacos which were fine, just a bit dry. In all I tried the carne asada, adobado, and chicken tacos. I also got grilled onions, beans/rice, churro cheesecake and chips/guacamole. The standouts to me were the chips guac, the adobado tacos, the salsa bar, and the cheesecake. The place gets super busy so try and het there early. We also noticed the staff sometimes forgot to serve all the food you ordered (keep your reciept!!!). A great place for tacos! ”
“ Food was delicious! Not greasy at all, the portions were extra generous too! The person taking our order was so kind and helpful, she made it easy to get our order right. And the restaurant had plenty of seating, as well as a nice salsa bar which was good to compliment the food. Definitely returning! ”
“ We tried this place based on a suggestion from a friend saying it was the best tacos in Cali. The fried is from Tennessee so I’m not sure he’s qualified to rank the best Tacos anywhere much less in California. That said, the food was very good. Everyone in our party of four said they loved their meal so that’s why I gave them five stars. If we were able to add a decimal I would have scored it a 4.5. I will say that I highly recommend Tacos Los Cholos. ”

“ We stopped in Tacos Los Cholos for lunch when our planned place down the street was unexpectedly closed. I ordered three tacos: asada, adobada and chorizo. They were excellent street tacos; they were stuffed with meat. The venue has a help yourself bar where you get onions cilantro and fixings. I loaded these up, they were amazing. 4.5/5 My son ordered the same and loved them. My wife had a shrimp taco and a mulito. They were also excellent. We all agreed this place was a solid 8.5/10 - since they’re already close to a 5 star, I’ll vote 4 star since they’re not a 5/5. ”
“ So impressed with this place! They had a special menu at the front of the register, which probably changes daily. Today one was a combo of shrimp and rib eye, which I ordered on a taco. I also tried their carne asada and arranchera tacos. Delicious! The meats were tender, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Each taco were mounded with a generous amount of meat. Their large salsa bar provided everything you’d want to add to whatever you order: various salsas, onions, cilantro, limes, cucumbers,etc. They have a patio seating area, perfect for diners with their dog. ”
